Pursuant to our announcement in May 2018, our office is no longer accepting requests to reject MyDecs. We will also not , during the course of reviewing documents for recording, be rejecting associated MyDecs based on the specific text reported in each field., or any inconsistency with the recorded document.
Customers who need assistance with MyDecs must interact directly with the County or State Departments of Revenue, or the City of Chicago in some cases. Please be advised that at any time, a new MyDec can be created to facilitate a recording, in the event a change to an existing Declaration cannot be made in a timely manner.
