This follows a Transition Report and last year’s 100 Day Report.
Though CCRD has a “Statement of Purpose” that outlines our duties and mission, Recorder Yarbrough likes to summarize it in three words:
Accuracy, Efficiency and Advocacy.
This means that we are committed to fulfilling our statutory duties with as few taxpayer resources as necessary, and that we are willing to fight for changes to the system on behalf of those who depend on a strong housing market.
Topics covered include: Accountability, Budget, Community Outreach, Customer Service, Efficiency, Employee Training, Employment, Property Fraud, In the News, Legislative Advocacy, Veterans, and Goals for the Future.
In the report you will see information about CCRD’s achievements and progress, as well as our goals for the coming year.
