UPDATE (03.27.2020): The Recorder’s Office has worked diligently to set up remote recording capabilities and are pleased to let the public know that we are now recording electronically submitted documents (E-Recordings) at this time. Please refer to previous updates and the links on our website (cookrecorder.com) for more information about the E-Recording process.
